We, like any charity, survive on the goodness and generosity of the people of Ireland. For the past five years we have raised thousands of euros in order to help the people of Belarus. With your continued support we will keep trying to make a difference in their lives. Thank you.
Pashli Work Trip
A group of Pashli volunteers make the trip to Belarus in order to Make A Difference with renovation work. They will renovate classes in the Orphanage/School in Vilejka, renovation work in the old person's home and also in the social centre.
Every September to December
Can you find a place in your heart for an elderly woman or man? 'Babushka Boxes' is a project with the aim of giving a gift in a shoebox to someone lonely & forgotten in their last years to give love and to let them know someone thinks of them. These women and men have survived war, hunger, poverty, loneliness and the horror of Chernobyl. If you would like to prepare a shoebox, we have leaflets with all details to be considered. Please email email@example.com for leaflets.
Here is a short video showing the celebrations among the elderly as some Babushka Boxes are given out in a community.
Host A Child
A group of Children will be hosted by Irish families for two weeks on a holiday of a lifetime. These children will be from Vileka orphanage and disadvantage families from the area. Why not give a child their holiday of a lifetime.
Keep an eye on Twitter for events or follow us on Facebook by following the links at the bottom of our site.
We run numerous fundraising events throughout the year, from race nights, to quiz nights. Recently 100 Pashli volunteers slept out on Dublin's O' Connell Street in order to raise funds for our work trip in April. Keep an eye on both Twitter and the homepage for details of any future events.
