Intro
Welcome to the PASHLI website. "Pashli" is a Russian word meaning "Let's Go", and conveys our desire to get going to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in disadvantaged areas of the world.
We want to make a difference to economically deprived people, who live in extreme poverty, despite the fact that their country could on the doorstep of, or even in the European Union. We want to make a difference by improving the living conditions and social opportunities of orphaned/neglected children and the neglected elderly.
We have been to Vilejka, Belarus for around 16 years up to 2019 working with kids in an orphanage. In 2023 we went to Cyprus to work in a refugee camp. From 2024 we started working with a wonderful couple who foster lots of children in Cekiske, Lithuania.

Events
Depending on the time of year...
A group of volunteers will go to Lithuania in April to carry out essential building works there and run kids camps.
